Private Classes Online

A private class is a great way for me to assess your posture and movement patterns so sessions can be designed specifically to improve your wellbeing and physical goals. I generally recommend new clients to attend at least one private session before joining Group classes, so I can determine the programme best suited for your needs.

Monday Classical Intermediate Pilates

A strong and flowing class moving the body through a full range of movement to increase strength with progressions.

  • 6pm UK (1 hour)

  • £10 per class

  • Classes run weekly in school term time blocks.

Tuesday Foundation Mat & Meditation

A beginners mat class building on the foundations of Pilates with modifications for individual needs followed by mindfulness meditation for relaxation.
